how is it possible for me to get banned for harassment if iam already communication banned how am I supposed to harass someone if I can't send messages to them or talk to them did i get banned for just being in the same game as a another person like your
service is bad how does that even make sense

I got Banned For "Marketplace Fruad"

Hi,

The Whole situation is bad because my younger 10 Years old Brother logged into my account while i went out of the country for 2 weeks. He then started to buy loads of cod points under my credit card he knew that he was going to get in trouble so he got
all of then refunded. I only noticed what he did is when i got back I logged in to Xbox and saw that i was banned Until 12.31/9999 I was stunned.

I was very enoyed because all of my games were bought on that account and now gone.

Getting, asking for, or using redemption codes illegitimately

Transferring licenses to your console from an account that you didn’t create

Using a system glitch or loophole for financial gain

Using any sort of “shared” account to avoid having to pay for games or content

Successfully redeeming or giving away a code and contacting customer support claiming the code didn’t work

Attempting to defraud Microsoft or authorised agents

Fraudulently transferring content licenses

Sharing account credentials

What sort of enforcement can I expect for marketplace theft?

If you involve yourself with marketplace theft, your account can be permanently suspended with repeat violations possibly leading to a console ban.

As an aside has anyone got any idea of why there was a sudden influx of console bans? I've seen a few people who have been console banned also bleating about their marketplace theft ban. Possible link maybe?
