    So I get banned for 4 days from communicating then I get a 15 day account suspension?


    So I get banned for 4 days from communicating so I submit an appeal it get denied bla bla bla but then not to long after that I get a 15 day account suspension for no apparent reason which is weird but I hope I get an answer soon on my appeal for the 15 day suspension because I litteraly can't even play any of my games and it came outta no where. [Update] my appeal was rejected so now I have 15 days of summer break to do litteraly nothing since dad's out of town and we live near no one else my age.if there's anything I can do that might help with this please tell me. (btw they never gave me an answer for why I was suspended for 15 days)

    I want to know why my account was suspended (15 day)while serving a communications suspension (8 day).

    This happened to me also a couple days ago, I messaged somebody something that is inappropriate and all I should get is a 4 day ban from communication right? Nope. 2 days after I got banned for communication, I got a 15 day suspension. I don't know why Xbox did this. I completely understand why I got banned for communication, but a 15 day suspension? Also, my appeal was denied. Me sending a message that is inappropriate is not a consequence to a 15 day suspension. XBOX PLEASE GET BACK TO ME

    Bans

    Communication suspensions are temporary,24h hour,7 day or 14 days usually.

    Never heard of anyone getting a permanent comms ban.They'll ban your account outright if you have to many comms suspensions.

    As Genesis said though,account bans or suspensions are account linked so if you have a 2 weeks comms suspension that would be in place on al platforms.

    Hey is your account still banned? the same thing just happened to me and a xbox ambassador said it was a glitch in the system and it will be fixed soon, hopefully but i my ban was probably communication ban that are usually suspension and i didn't get a suspension since 2018 for communications, so even if i was reported for communication i don't think my whole account should get banned for a misunderstanding.. Yes we have 2 different cases but maybe this is a glitch for the both of us because i got 15 years of playing on my account so i understand your pain.
