So I downloaded nba2k17 from the store when it came out

when I try to play the game it says please sign in to the person who bought this game

Game won't load

I have been playing NBA2K17 on my Xbox one since it came out. I downloaded the game via Xbox Live. All of a sudden yesterday, the game won't load. It gets stuck on the team logos screen. Please help.

 

NBA2K17 Gone?

I had downloaded NBA2K17 from my friend's account, which is also on my Xbox. I had signed into both accounts and went to play NBA2K17, that's when it came up with the 'do you own this game or app' notification. After several unsuccessful attempts to start
up the game, I had given up assuming there was something wrong with the Xbox servers.

The next day I try to play NBA2K17 again, this time making my friends account the home account, so I wouldn't have to sign into his account anymore, I started up the game, but it just came up with the same message 'do you own this game or app', so I quit
the game and signed back into my friends account, now with both accounts active, I try to start the game up again, still unsuccessful, I try to start the game from my friends account and even from the original account it is still unsuccessful.

Now I try to uninstall/reinstall the game, when I uninstall the game and it put it into my download queue, it doesn't download, so I cancel the download and try again, this time downloading it off my friend's account, still doesn't work. Now I restart my
console, when I go to download the game, it isn't in the 'Ready to Install' tab anymore, even for my friends account it's not in his 'Ready to Install' either. Now I can't reinstall/even have the game anymore, from my account and even the original account
that purchased it, how can i get it back, can somebody please help me?!
