I’m having the same issue. Initially Hulu wouldn’t load so I deleted it after trying to open the app 5 times, now it says you own this in the App Library and it’s annoying because I can’t install it from the store.

I understand you need help with your game issue

Most of the time this happens when you are not using the same account that owns the game. This might just be shared from another account on that console before.

Try checking first if the game is being purchased from your account by checking your order history here:

https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders/

If the game is not there, try checking other accounts you might have just to see where it was purchased.

If the game is on there, you can try resetting the console.

Let's refresh the console's system cache.

NOTE: This will remove the profiles on your console, make sure that you remember the email and password to your account.

No data or game saves will be lost doing this, everything is backed up to the cloud servers.

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

2. Select Settings.

3. Select System.

4. Select Console info

5. Select Reset console.

6. Select Reset and keep my games & apps

This will also help sync the data on your console properly.

Yes, it now says i don't even own it anymore, and i cant reinstall it.

Same problem, usually when I try to play GTA 5 and the loving unknown network error. Yes my NAT is open, yes deleted profile, yes did the uPnP and reset the router, yes to probably a lot of other stuff someone might say but we shall see.

This issue has be on going for a along time ive seen timestamps of people having this problem all the way back to 2019. When they first released the app on pc. Alot of people have used the fix it. I posted an answer i found a while back and someone replied saying it work but had to still do what u did and delete the game services. So to anyone who used the fix i found and it still doesnt work. Try deleting the Xbox game services and reinstalling to see if that helps
