    So I cannot download gears of war 2 on the Xbox one


    I preordered a physical copy of gears of war ultimate edition not long before release. I knew that I was meant to receive the 4 original gears games for backwards compatibility. I was able to download all of them except gears of war 2. It is not in my list
    of games available for download like the rest of them were. I was told to come here by Xbox support to get this problem fixed for me. Massively annoying to have them all but not the 2nd gears which is probably the best of the lot!

    XBOS-3012 reedem Gears of War 1 and 3

    Hello,

    I got 4 redeem codes for Gears of war from Windows 10 Xbox Live App.

    Gears of War 2 and Gears of War Judgent downloaded OK on my Xbox360.

    When I tried to download, I get at Gears of War 1 (error key invalid) and at Gears of War 3 (cannot download).

    When I tried to redeem a code on xbox live website, I got XBOX-3012 errors.

    I have a UK account.

    Gears of war 4 promo codes for other games 2 out of 4 not working.

    Cannot redeem 2 of the 4 sent promo codes for gears of war 1 and gears of war 3. Gears of war 2 and gears of war judgement I have redeemed. Microsoft support said that they are redeemable only on xbox 360. I cannot redeem them on microsft webpage or on the
    xone console.

    Gears of war 2 not aviliable for install.

    So what you are saying is you purchased the gears of war ultimate edition for the xbox one. You already have the other gears of war games for the xbox 30, just not gears of War 2. Since you have played the ultimate edition, then you should receive a code
    starting on or after the 1st December so you can download all the games in the series.
