Well there’s really no clear instructions on where to enter t but it can’t be a general Xbox redeem because that has to be 25 characters and when I enter it on call of duty redeem it’s wanting a 10 or 13 character code and this code on my receipt is 14 characters so it’s telling me my code is incorrect

Wait did you migrate your account region or buy out of region currency cards?

If so then currency cards don't work accross regions you must buy cards from your actual region
