    Hi,Kristina ! I'm Luis, a fellow Xbox Gamer . Thanks for reaching us out here.

    It was updated and now that option is labeled as Sleep mode but it is the same thing pretty much.

    Press the Xbox button  to open the guide.

    Select Profile & system > Settings > General > Power options.

    Select the Sleep option.

    I am having sort of the same issue, while the xbox is one the games download normally but as soon as I power off the console it stops the updates. instant-on is selected and keep my games & apps updated is selected. The game is being installed to the internal
    HDD.

    I keep my console on instant on and the downloads typically happen when I am not on. I also pre-order most games so they are downloaded/installed on launch date.

    I'm having the same problem. It has had 19 games queued since my xbox came in yesterday around 11:00am CST. But when i leave my xbox series X on and keep it at the download screen, it downloads fine. I, too, have mine set to Instant-On. Checked the settings
    and it's set to download updates while off.
