So, February's Reward for Warframe achievements... where is it?

I have been playing Warframe for a few months, and when I saw the February Reward of 75 Platinum for completing 5 achievements by Februarty 28th, I thought "easy!" I exceeded the 5 achievements well before the 28th. When is the Platinum supposed to arrive?
I keep checking my mail box, and there's nothing in there. The mail man says he hasn't seen any heavy packages for me, either.

Seriously, though, when/how am I supposed to be awarded the 75 Platinum? I have not received any email from Microsoft about a credit to purchase it, nothing in-game about being rewarded Platinum, etc.

Never received January Quest reward

Hello? I completed the achievement & gameplay requirements. I've received February's reward, but never got January.

Hey Dblock071315! For February's Quest what Games with Gold did you earn achievements in? April's rewards will be sent out over the course of May so you may need to wait a little longer for that reward. Thanks!

As was mentioned in the FAQ for this offer while it was available, a Reward Redemption page will appear on the FREEdom mission page for any in-game Rewards earned during the offer. This redemption link was available to you since February 7th, and is still
available from the FREEdom Rewards page. On that page, you will find a code to redeem your platinum.

We only see 4 achievements on February 25th for the game Warframe. Your other achievements were from Project CARS and Destiny: Rise of Iron. Since you are beneath the required achievement count for that offer, you did not complete the offer.

I didn't see anything on True achievements about the achievement having issues.

I haven't played Warframe myself, but it's an MMO type game where you can't just delete or create a new save file?

Have you looked on the Warframe forums at all?
