So does xbox even check a report properly???

So I rarely join an xbox party since moving to pc but, I got suspended for 2 days because someone reported my gamerpic? I've literally had the same picture for 2yrs and all it was of the character cheese from fosters home for imaginary friends. Like does anyone actually sit and do their job at microsoft or are you guys just just approving any report? Honestly all it was more than likely was someone on the game who had their feelings hurt and reported anything they could. Whoever decided on my case should honestly be suspended themselves for laziness and not actually doing there job. This the 2nd time I've been suspended in 13 years of xbox and both now have been directly related to lazy microsoft employees. The only people your protecting is the too sensitive people that shouldn't even be on the internet.

like I'm not gonna say who but a friend told me he always made false reports on people to get them banned but w.e xbox is wack

I bet this is do to xbox enforcement united bs like everyone one wanst to be an online cop now. got to stand, talk, and act like a potato in game when I get unbanned cant even talk to friends because that all ive been doing the past months cant trust

Yes, the enforcement team investigates each complaint they receive. Investigations can take time, so your ban could be for something that happened weeks or months ago.
