    First, they should never ask you for your password. Also, if you did not know your windows live ID and password, you wouldn't be posting here because you need those to log in. Just give them a call and make sure you have the credit card on hand that is
    getting charged and they'll get you right.

    You need to call support to have them turn off auto-renewal. Anytime you purchase a gold membership through xbox, you're told auto-renewal will be turned on.

    If i call them up they ask me for Windows Live ID and password, both of which I dont have, nor do I believe I setup a windows live ID :/
