    So a while ago i changed my gamertag and it doesnt show in game it shows my old one and on the xbox app in the chats it shows my new tag is there any way i can fix this?

    On xbox.com it says my gamertag is what i changed it to. But on xbox it shows my changed gamertag in games, but when i go to my profile it shows my old gamertag and right under it it shows the gamertag i did change it to.

    Depending on the game, you should be able to see the new gamertag.

    I mean, not all games supports the new gamertag system. When a game doesn't support it, you are going to see the previous/old gamertag

    Is stated here in the gamertag change website (picture attached)
