    so a few months ago my Xbox one had 3 crashes in a row, turned it on to find out everything...


    I was able to get my main 3 accounts back, but i cannot seem to remember or be able to get into my 1 last one, I've had the account for quite for a while and had alot of fun with it, I remember the gamertag and when I look it up its still there and you can even see my first and last name but I do not have the email, phone or password cause I forgot, It had alot of hours in one game specifically fh4 with cars and tunes that are irreplaceable as well as verry good memories I have tried everything that I know besides calling support cause it says on the site they cannot help unless you have the email name... but like I said my first and last name is posted on the profile of that account if a support member is reading can I send a photo of my ID or something to prove it's me.. I have 3 accounts I am currently signed in (all where on the same xbox) and the same name is posted on them as well so i feel like this shouldn't be that hard cause it's obviously my account and I DO NOT WANT IT DELETED. If more proof is needed I can describe more than 20 cars to the exact detail that I have in forza horizon 4

    Hello Dylan, sorry to hear you've lost access to your account.

    I'm afraid that as this is an open forum no one would be able to help recover your account. As for Support I'm afraid that they aren't able to provide account info either. If the account was part of a family then you can try logging in to https://account.microsoft.com/family to see if the email address is listed there. You could also go into the Account Settings on your console and check the listed Family there to see if the account shows as ready to download. If it does then you can change the password there.

    Once you've got access to all accounts I would recommend recording the information somewhere so you don't lose access again.

    I too have trouble with my game crashing. I've had just one or two games in my last ten that didn't crash. Occasionally, it crashes more than once in a single game (I had one game a few days ago that crashed 3 times, so I just quit playing). This issue
    makes this game almost unplayable. Regardless of this game being a work in progress, this issue should not exist. Period.

    I had a similar experience with mine a few months ago. Xbox seemed to be powering on but the screen flickered and then nothing. Occasionally it would work for a short time, then go black. After trying what i thought was everything, it turned out to be
    a faulty HDMI cable of all things, so just another thing to check if you have a spare HDMI cable lying around

    Not sure what I did or how it happened but I turned my Xbox on one day and it finished downloading and installing. I did delete the game a few times before this though so not sure if that had an affect but this was well over a month ago now.
