    Is Xbox currently looking into or planning on ever adding the ability to adjust the size of snappable apps? At least for me, it would be great if you were able to select from a couple of different screen size options (including 50/50) when enabling the
    snap feature. Snapping TV is nice for background noise but doesn't really appease the wifey because the screen size is too small to watch her shows while spending time with me. Xbox.. please make this a feature. Thanks

    Snap an app feature return?

    I am right there with ya. I mean if they can bring back the feature of being able to play your own music while playing a video game then they can bring back snap. hell they could make it where you can position the window either in the upper left or right
    or the bottom left or right. I used to use the snap feature to watch the news while surfing the internet or playing games. I also would watch tv or play games while Skyping friends and family. Also snap was the #1 reason I even bought my DAY ONE Xbox.

    Snap app feature

    Hello Scarface,

    The Snap app feature was removed to improve the overall dashboard functionality. Even when the Snap app feature was not being in use, it caused tons of lag when simply navigating the home screen.

    Hopefully in the future, new tech can allow the snap feature to return. I made a lot of use out of it. However, there doesn't seem to be any plans at the moment to bring it back.

    To quote Mike Ybarra it was removed to "improve multitasking, reduce memory use, improve overall speed, and free up resources going forward for bigger things."
