    Smoke from Xbox One S


    My Xbox One S was working well for 2yrs now, but yesterday when I started a Game the game opened up normally but i saw puff of smoke coming from the console with some sound. The Game didnt stop or anything but kept running, not knowing what to do i switched
    off the power supply. Should i try and power it on again ? What should i do ? Pls help...

    Smoke is a good indicator that something burned out in the hardware and the xbox will more than likely need serviced. Unplugging the power supply was the right thing to do. At this point it would be best to set up a phone call with
    Xbox support and register your xbox to check your warranty status. The link will take you directly to xbox support where you will select hardware and networking>warranty and service>getting
    your device serviced or register your xbox. To set up a phone call with support scroll down the page until you see "still need help" and click the "contact us" button to schedule a phone call.
