    Hi Xbox rewards! I really want to be apart of this program, but so many things are not going well for me Smite Referals not being received. No credit for "FREEquent" Player or "FREE pass" :(. Currently all of the friends I sent Better with Friends Bundle to have not received inv in their messages or notifications. Also, I spent
    $35.00 on Smite a week ago to participate in MyMission "FREEquent" Player and "FREE Pass", but I have not received credits. Is there anyway to help me??

    It was not added Rewards Credits from FREEdom Rewards.

    Hello.

    I had purchased some add-on contents for Free to Play titles, but I have not received Rewards Credits.

    MyMission page says "My Rewards Credits Earned:0" from Free Pass, FREEquent Player, and One-Two-FREEPunch.

    FREE Pass not being rewarded after spending over $30

    I made a post yesterday about this issue, but it has been removed off of the forum. I have also Tweeted @XboxLiveRewards and spoken to a support agent from Microsoft who made notes in my account.

    I purchased Smite Gems on November 12, 2016 totaling $34.99. I received the FREEquent Player (spend $5 on a single Free to Play game) reward credits, but not the FREE Pass (spend an accumulated amount of $30 across all Free to Play games).

    I have waited passed the 96 hours, and I would like to get my credits before December rolls around and I'm no longer eligible for November's credits.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

    We see that you have sent multiple successful referrals. Are your friends checking the email they have set as their billable email address?This email can be found on the account page at (https://account.microsoft.com/billing/addresses?ref=amcyourinfo#/).
    They may also be filtering these emails to their spam folders. We see that you have already been Credited for FREE pass, and received your punch for FREEquent player. The Credits can be seen as pending on your MyRewards page.

    Free to Play Rewards - not all games are showing up?

    Hello Ackis,

    The FREEdom Rewards offer FREE Pass, 1,2,FREE and FREEquent player are for all free to play titles. If you are talking about the specific offers, there is only one for Trove and Gems of War; we do not have any specific reference to Frozen on the FREEdom
    Rewards page. There is no specific offer for Paladins.

    Multiple Month Missions

    Hello Lavindathar,

    As it says on the mission page, the FREEquent Player offer rewards "2,000 Rewards Credits every three months", so it will only award 2000.

    Once you complete that offer in the third month, the offer will be marked as completed, and the Credits should show as pending in your account, as normal.

    Your purchase completed the FREE pass offer since it was over £18.
