    This is something that affects everyone so listen up folks.

    Smart Delivery is flawed, let me give you a prime example.

    I own Mortal Kombat 11, Mortal Kombat 11 has the free upgrade to the Series version via smart delivery. If I try to launch the game it will ask if I would like the upgrade, if I choose no, the game will not launch. If I choose yes, the game will upgrade to the Series version from the Xbox One version and no longer launch until I put it on the internal or buy the $220 SSD Card. This is especially an issue running a Series S because MK11 is 100 GB after all patches.

    Well how do you fix this?

    My only solution that seemed sound enough was to offer us an option that says if we would like to install the Xbox One Version or the Xbox Series Version. Futhermore if we want to upgrade our title to the Series version we should be able to press the menu button and click a button that says "Upgrade Title". This feels more like a massive oversight rather than some conspiracy to sell the $220 SSD cards. If we ever get a response that basically says "We would rather you have the optimized version and want you to play the Series version of that game" only THEN can you call BS.

    No not the price of the drives, I'm saying the conspiracy would be that Microsoft is forcing us to buy the $200+ drives themselves in order to play our games that have Xbox One versions vs Series Versions. Also Gen 4 PCIE 1TB SSDs are $150 or higher unless you are going Samsung or Corsair. I think it's an honest oversight.

    $200+ is wha those same kinds of drives cost on PC. This is not a conspiracy. You’re buying the fastest hard drives available, and that costs money.

    You need to contact actual support because this feels like a server side issue.
