Slow upload speed on Xbox One S

In my opinion because the console is not designed for that, the priority of the console are stability and manage multiple connections with servers and other players, not reaching the highest value possible ever.

If all works fine and the only problem is a "relatively" low upload speed compared to your absolutely out of average internet connection, if I can be honest, I prefer live happy and spend my time playing with friends not worrying about max upload speed of
my console (until all works fine obviously).

I have a VDSL 100/30, real value of 96/22, all works fine, multiplayer and stream withous problem, download in background while playing and sometimes hosting match, so having more than that on the console FOR ME is useless.

Well that's very good to know. I'd still like some sort of answer as to why the Xbox One S is the only device on my network that only sees 5% of my available upload speed.

I wouldn't worry about the download and upload speeds too much to be honest with you. You should be able to stream fine with what you get. With my isp I only get 100Mbps download speed and 10Mbps upload speed, but I can stream fine, so you have nothing
to worry about there.

Could you tell me what type of connection you use on your Xbox, would it be Wifi or Ethernet?

Except the Xbox is the only device on my network not seeing at least 150mbps up. My ancient gaming pc from 2008 can see at least that. I'm tempted to see what my old Xbox 360 can see.
