Slow speed on xbox pc

I meant that game is available on store but can't be downloaded without xbox app. Its Forza Horizon 5 btw.

I see what you mean...I was just trying to test the different speeds between the Store and App and I see they have now updated the Store to stop people downloading from there. That explains the revamp a few weeks ago. Incidentally, I just tried downloading Halo from the App and was getting about 10% of my line speed....which is only 80MBps so was getting 7-10MBps. Miles better than you are getting but still pretty poor

No clue why people are forced to use the app when it is well-known to be one of the most useless apps in existence?

Any chance you are using a 3rd party Internet security program, like Norton, Avast, Kaspersky etc? If so, try disabling it (you are still covered by Windows Firewall and Defender..just make sure they are active)...they frequently can cause issues.

Same is suggested if you run gaming software like Razer Cortex....if it's running in the background, it can cause problems.

Not sure what else to suggest really as I am not an expert at networks etc. Might be worth looking into whether your router is using IPV4 or IPV6 and, if on IPV4, adjusting it so it connects using IPV6 (assuming your ISP even allows IPV6..mine doesn't). IPV4 allows networks to connect to IPV6 by using a Virtual Adapter (not sure how to describe it better but your get the idea)..however, the adapter is problematic at times
