So, just wondering, when you say that you are using Xbox Music to manage the collection on all three machines, are you referring to the app on your console? When you are searching the Zune Marketplace when you get the slowness, are you signed in to the
console and on the Xbox Music app too?



I guess, the nitty-gritty of what I'm asking is if you have only one machine (PC) turned on, and only have Zune open, do you still get the slowness in the Zune software?

The issue is occurring with three machines I have Zune installed two of which are running Windows 7 and one Windows Vista Enterprise. I am using Xbox music to manage my music collection on all three machines. I am searching the Zune Marketplace when the
slowness occurs. If I look up an artist, the wait time is around five minutes.

when you get the long search times?

I am experiencing the same problem. I have two laptops running windows 8. When I use the Zune Marketplace to search and download music for my Zune player it takes at least 5 minutes to look for an artist / album / song. No idea what the issue is...
