Sorry to hear that you're dealing with this issue trying to maintain a good connection to your network.

I would say that port forwarding of your modem/router would be the best way to potentially resolve this issue. What it is focusing the signal from your devices so that it may be better received by the Xbox.

When you get a chance, give the information on
Network ports used by Xbox Live on Xbox One a look through and see if the steps help to let your internet work a little better with the console.

steps: Settings>Disk and Blu-ray>Persistent Storage>Clear
it 3 times>Back
to Settings>Network>Advanced Settings>Alternate MAC
Address>Clear>And
then reboot console
when prompted.

I've traced down all posibilities till I ended up with the console, even leaving only my Xbox One and my laptop, but as I explained it earlier when I plug the power cord even with the console off the internet speed drop down dramatically, and as soon as
I unplug it the speed comes back to normal. I know it sounds weird but that is what I'm experencing.

Sorry for the issue with your network speeds. As more devices are connected this will affect the speed of your network on all devices. Especially if you are connecting wireless. It is helpful to reboot the network hardware once in a while as your ISP does
updates and this can affect a lot of areas of the network also. If you are seeing this dramatic change, we recommend upgrading your router so it will be more stable in handling more devices. As in this guide most the troubleshooting is with your network hardware.
