    Thank you for reaching out. We understand you have been experiencing some trouble with the YouTube app on your console and have even performed the network test within the app. As this seems to be unique to YouTube, go ahead and try

    reinstalling the app     by doing the following:

    1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide, then select
      My games & apps       > See all.
    2. When you’ve highlighted something to uninstall, press the Menu button .
    3. Select Manage game & add-ons, then choose Uninstall all

    Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely.
    Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes.
    Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.
