    Slow loading or No load apps and game


    Since last update I have issues with slow loading or no load apps and games. The rewards app takes approx 45 seconds to load, Streaming apps might load but then can't connect to service to stream videos.

    Logging into Xbox used to be immediate and now it takes a minute or two then says to log in with controller. That might work, but if so is even slower.

    In general, my Xbox just doesn't work the same since the last update.

    Also, that QoS thing prevents me from getting onto the network at all.

    Got a fix? I am near 68 and don't have years to wait. LOL

    Oh yeah, one more thing. It keeps losing connection to the internet. I have an Xbox One S and it works fine without the update, no problems at all.

    New update breaks... everything

    My Xbox is doing the same thing. It is slow to load the home screen, slow to load apps, slow to load games. Even when I turn it on now it is super slow to come on. This new update looks great, but something has got to be fixed. My xbox has never been this
    slow to respond.

    I understand that you have knowledge in T.I, as I do too, including in the system.

    As you may know, if it was a version error, it would happen to several users.

    From your report, and your situation, the error continues to be a network error.

    You can test connect the console to your mobile hotspot to test.

    Having several devices working on the same network does not influence the problem at all.

    Let's do 1 more elimination process.

    Press the Xbox button to open the dashboard.

    Select System > Settings > System > Console Information

    Select Reset Console.

    Restore and keep my games and apps.

    Already performed everything you mention. Open NAT btw. As I sit here, Open NAT and All services are available is going on and off.

    It is not my network.

    I have 4 computers, 3 phones and assorted other devices on my network and none of them are having problems.

    Shutting down all devices on my network changes nothing. None of the problems with Xbox One X started until the May update.
