Slow GoD Download.

I got Batman Arkham Asylum on the marketplace but after two hours of downloading it's still at 9%. Any help?

Are you connected via wireless or ethernet? Are there other things running on your network at the moment?

It's possible there's a bottleneck in your service right now. You can try unplugging your modem for 30 seconds and then plug it back in or contact your internet service provider to see if there's an issue.

 

No other things running on my network. I'm connected via wireless. The xbox is really close to the modem through.

Already tried to unplug my modem, nothing changed.

 

My ping right now is 170ms. I guess that's the issue LOL

 

My connection is now normal. I got a 7 meg down but after 15 mins it's still at the same stage as before. Help?

 

There's nothing else I can suggest except try connecting it via ethernet for the duration of the download to see if that helps.

 

I can only use Wireless to connect. I tried to turn off my xbox and then back on. It restarted at 12% and after 30 minutes it has never moved. If I remember correctly, sometimes the progress bar stops but it keeps downloading right?

Also if it's in my active downloads list and not shown as pending or stopped, am I sure it's downloading?

 

It has just taken an hour to get from 12 to 13%. With a 7 meg down, this isn't normal

 

Now it's fine. I'm now at 30%.

 

Here we go again. It was fine until now that it got at 52%. Now it's been half an hour and it's 53%. My connection was the same half an hour ago and now. Why does this happen?
