    I literally tried every damn thing they said,

    powershell command

    uninstalling antivirus software

    cmd commands

    BITS

    wsreset

    Still no change, I'm trying to download forza horizon 4 and it showed me this error.

    restarted the computer multiple times still no change.. can someone help me out here please...

    I'm experiencing the same issue , no errors or anything but the MS store is only grabbing 40meg of an available 200meg and I have Delivery optimization enabled.
