Slime Rancher won’t launch on Series S

Hi

Slime rancher has been working fine since we bought it (months ago) however all of a sudden when I try to load it, it gets to the ‘press menu’ screen and once I press menu it closes and goes back to the home page. So far I have;

Power cycled

Uninstalled and reinstalled the game

Deleted all local data for the game

Removed the account it is played on, power cycled and logged the account back in

None of these have worked

I have a short video of the issue but not sure if I can upload it here

Thanks but there is nothing related to my issue, and no way to directly contact the developers. If there is no known fix how do I request a refund as the game we paid for is now unplayable. Thanks

It says check xbox live status when i check it its fine but slime rancher still won’t work

Slime Rancher 2 launch date, time, and how to play early (usatoday.com) This was the website I found at least saying it would be available to play at 12:01 am and could be pre-installed.
