Skyrim Special Edition Xbox One: Black Book: Untold Legends bug

Hello all! I recently started the Untold Legends quest in Skyrim Special Edition for Xbox One. Got to the fifth chapter and the hallway that leads to the reward is bugged. It’s supposed to move (like other hallways in Apocrypha) but instead stands still, leaving no way to obtain the spells from the black book. I looked on a few forums and it seems a lot of people have run into this problem but haven’t found a way around it without console commands, cheats, or the elusive plate method (which doesn’t seem to work on Xbox). Unfortunately I loaded a much earlier save but still encountered the problem. Let me know if you have any ideas! Thank you!

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

To fix this, please perform a power cycle on your console by following the steps below:

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off.

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller.

If that didn't work, you can try to uninstall and reinstall the game but for the last resort, reaching out to Bethesda is the best option since it's an in-game issue. Here you go: https://help.bethesda.net/

Is the art book from dark horse comics the same book that's in the special edition version of the game?

I thought the strategy guides were $20??... I want the art book included in the special edition, i just dont want to pay an extra hundred $$ for the dumb statue. If it were a $80 special edition with just the art book, like ME3, that'd be awesome. the LE
cover doesn't hurt either.
