Skyrim SE/Fallout 4 on XboxOne/XboxOneX crash on the main menu.

Hello. Sorry for my english, cuz I from Russia. That's problem.

Since spring 2018, games Skyrim SE and Fallout 4 (with all addons), Blu-ray disks, cannot be started on any of the consoles XboxOne or XboxOneX (I've a both) if the console is online. Games are loaded to the Main Menu, but then they hang and fly into
dashboards, if consoles online with Xbox Live. If the console is offline, the games are loaded in the main menu, everything is OK, and I can start playing, load the save. I deleted the games from the internal hard drive, deleted all the saves, add-ons, reinstalled
everything on the external hard drive, the games were updated, but when I tried to start them, the same situation: boot to the Main Menu and crash if console online.

To date, the situation has not changed, and in fact has even deteriorated: I started Fallout 4 offline, tried to load the last save I played in the summer of 2018 offline, was saved in Nuka-World, and the game gives me a message something like: "You
can not use some content, because you do not have some add-ons ... "and all add-ons are listed. But I have them all, because I bought with the game Seasonal subscription and all these add-ons stand along with the original game on the external hard drive. What
is the problem?

For 10 years of using consoles Xbox with one game there were no such problems (I want to note that Skyrim on x360 runs normally with online). I don’t think about Fallout 76 purchase, since and there may be similar problems with it.

Here are the versions of games and console XboxOneX software: XboxOneX 10.0.17763.2023; I watched the versions of games in the game (in the settings) and on the hard disk, the versions are different for some reason: Fallout 4 in game ver.1.10.114.0.1;
on dasboard/hard drive ver.1.10.0.13 last update 17 jun 2018. Skyrim SE in game ver.1.5.53.0.8; on dashboard/hard drive ver.1.0.0.14 last update 3 oct 2018.

I honestly bought all these games and more than once: I bought Skyrim with all additions for Xbox360, PC and XO, well, as I wrote above, Fallout 4 with all DLC. I wrote on the company forum about this issue. They answered: "We apologize for the inconvenience,
we are aware of this problem, we are working on solving it. Use the games offline for now." But how long can you wait?

Microsoft, please help with solving this problem.

I purchased the download version of FALLOUT 4, but I can not play it once.

Sorry to hear it. You say the games are on the external drive. Have you tried moving them to the internal drive to see if there's any difference? You can do this by highlighting the game from the dashboard and press the Start button on the controller.
Then select Manage Game and you should see an option to Move or Copy the content over.

If that doesn't work then try a factory reset on the console. There is an option to keep installed games and apps so you won't need to redownload them.

 

Yes, I installed it on the internal hard drive - no result. Reset to factory settings made.

Sorry to hear about the issue with the games. As for some saves, if it is saved as an online, for example one of the DLC had a online part in it where needs to be online. Thant is why you are getting the error. Also when you go offline are you going to network
settings while online and select go offline. This lets Microsoft/Xbox you are taking console offline. If you just unplug the ethernet or disconnect wireless connection wont go offline correctly, and will cause multiple issues.

As for the troubleshooting you done if you done the soft factory reset and still hasn't helped. We suggest doing a

Full Factory reset. you want to select reset and remove everything. When you do the reset unplug the external beforehand. Once it complete without the External HD plugged in, re-download fallout 4 and the DLC see if the game works.

Reinstalled Fallout 4 again and re-downloaded all the add-ons, now at least the game works and the game sees all the add-ons, that's good. But no, I will not do a full reset to the factory settings because of two games, I'll play them while offline, if that.
But for the games from the company Bethesda I now have a very serious distrust. There are no such problems in Dishonored1,2, The Evil Within1,2. I wanted to purchase in November Wolfenstain2, Doom, TES Online, Fallout76, Prey, but due to these circumstances,
