Skyrim aniversary update cannot be used by other user on the same x-box series X

Sorry to hear you are having issues game sharing your Skyrim Anniversary game and update. Have you done had another console before? It sounds like you may need to designate your new Xbox Series X as a home console. Your home Xbox lets you share games and content with other people who sign-in to it with their profile.

To designate a Home Xbox:
Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

1. Select Profile & system > Settings > General > Personalization, and then select My home Xbox.
   
2. Do either of the following to change the status of your Xbox:
   
   • To make this your home Xbox, select Make this my home Xbox.
     
   • To remove this console as your home Xbox, select Make this my home Xbox and then Remove this as my home Xbox.
     

What you can share:

Share these with anyone who signs in to your home Xbox:

• Your Xbox Live Gold subscription
  
• Games and downloadable content from the Microsoft Store
  
• Games from an Xbox Game Pass or Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription
  

Account-specific items can’t always be shared. Some examples are:

• Game-specific content like Minecraft Skin Mashups or Halo REQ Packs purchased with in-game currencies
  
• In-game currency such as Minecraft Coins
  
• Certain pre-order bonuses and special edition content that can only be redeemed once

Designate a home Xbox | Xbox Support

We are having exactly the same issue with my Grandson. I managed to finally get him a series X last week. The game payed fine on his xbox one x and also on my X box one x. Having the same loading issue on the series x as others here which is really annoying as it is one of his favourite games.

I talked to the support and wie tryed to factory reset the x box but its not worked the same Problem whit my x box one x so now the series x and my one x not working anymore

Same it has to be a bug in the update I have a series x as well and my usb hdd works on every other device I have except for my series x now since the update

This install was on a fresh from the box new Xbox One X. Also, you cannot install BC games in offline mode, the game must be downloaded from the store to complete installation. The game was uninstalled and reinstalled several times and the same disc is
currently working on another original Xbox One console. If you read the links provided, there are several other users that were working successfully on the Xbox One X until an update that hit around the middle of August. After this update, it seems that the
game is not working for anyone on an Xbox One X console.
