I have contacted both Microsoft and the developers but none no what to do

made a re-purchase but the same problem, order number [Mod Removed], i ask to cancel both orders and return the funds

Sometimes that things need some time. Do you have that transaction on your Microsoft account? The best thing is to contact support and ask what is happening.

When you go to Contact Us, follow these steps to request a call
from support:



· Step 1 ----select Xbox One

· Step 2 ----select see other options then
Payment & billing

· Step 3-----select show contact options

Step 4 ----select request call from support

Or some other option.

Hello KvasCP, sorry to hear you're having trouble with the game.

My apologies that the game is missing from the store. Xbox has not given any information on what's going on with the missing titles but searching online I have found some Reddit threads where people are saying they've seen in the Discord channel that it's being worked on.

For now, if you own the game you should be able to still download it by going to My Games & Apps then Full Library to find the title you want to install.
