Please try the complete power cycle procedure below first.

1. Turn off the Xbox console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down completely.

2. Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds.

Important Be sure to wait 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.

3. Plug the console power cable back in.

4, Press the Xbox button on your console to turn on the Xbox console.

If it still doesn't work, I would highly recommend contacting Sky support through this link, https://www.sky.com/help/articles/contacting-sky.

You will need to report the issue to them about this since you also have tried to reinstall the app already

Farming Simulator is now on game pass but it's having an issue where It says "No connection could be established to the server." How can this be fixed? And no, it's not NAT

I would suggest reaching out Farming Simulator 19 contact support for them to be aware and give further assistance regarding this issue.

Thank you for taking the time. I don't think it's a simple connection error as I can play games online without any issue. However Farming Simulator has not worked for multiplayer since installation. I attempted to play multiplayer the day it was installed without success. I also have access to it's mod hub without any trouble making me think that it is something to do with multiplayer specifically.
