Sky go help please

Hi My sky go has stopped working It would just close its self.

I unstalled led it and now I can reinstall it It just says download Once I click download it try's to And says download again can any one help or know why

If you have a viewing package, then yeah. You'd just sign in to Sky on Xbox using the same Sky ID you used to buy the package on the website.

Give them a ring if you aren't sure mate - just be prepared to say "no thank you" a lot!

Sky Go Help?

I'm wondering if anyone in the know can help me with this... So I'm currently not a Sky Customer, but would like to be able to watch ESPN via my Xbox 360.

Now i know you can purchase a Sky Go Monthly ticket (cheapest being Entertainment £15) but that package doesn't come with ESPN, it says you can add ESPN which bumps the price up to £27 a month.

However... there is also a package on the Sky website for Just ESPN which is £16, what I'm asking is... if i buy this 'Sky Go Monthly Ticket – ESPN (£16.00)'

can i then sign in on the xbox and view ESPN? I'm just not sure how this all works and would be really grateful if someone could clear it up for me.

Here are some suggestions to try to do to fix it:

Locate the error code and message me with it so I can find more info to help you

Check your network

Restart your console (that fixes most problems)

Check your Network connection NAT type

Try loading another app if Sky Go is closing itself.

There possibly is a problem with the servers.

Thanks for the reply. I understand there is an issue with the Sky Go app for the Xbox 360. I recommend to try the following troubleshooting article:

Give this a shot and let us know the results.

Hello Kyters,

Thanks for coming to the forums with your issue with the sky go app. You can try and remove the profile *ONLY* then re-add the profile back.
If that didn't work, you can try a
system update rollback. This will re-update the console in case something is corrupt in the OS. Go to solution 7 when you visit the guide. Let us know how it turns out.
