Sky app on Xbox360 not working

Discus and support Sky app on Xbox360 not working in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I have been accessing Sky through the Sky app on my Xbox360 for a few years now.     Sky app on Xbox360 not working


    I have been accessing Sky through the Sky app on my Xbox360 for a few years now.

    Just this weekend it's taken to telling me Sky is not available.

    I've already cleared the cache and re-installed the app (thanks to a gamer's help).

    This sadly failed so I was recommended to ask the community.

    Does anyone have a solution?

    I didn´t know there is a sky go app. In Germany we have only the sky ticket app which is sadly not for sky go. wish we would have the sky go app for the one...

    If you don´t get the app to work I would delete the app, clear the Cache of the console. Also do a power cycle and then reinstall the app. Hope you get the app working again.

    Sorry to hear you're having trouble with Sky TV. This thread is quite a bit older and likely resolved for the users here. so that we can best help out please create a new thread and let us know what's going on. You may also want to check to make sure your
    network connection isn't having any issues with the
