would do so again, as they are the only means to help recover accounts wherein the hacker has changed the sign-in email.

I already tried MS Support but it is useless, since it tells me to check on-line.

On-line help does not explain how to set a new password with double stage protection.

As I wrote a hacker changed phone nr + added two e-mail addresses /...ru/ + changed extra question.

Could you write a right e-mail address, so I could push my problem forward?

Thank you guys for all your support. Anyway I would like to come back here to post a solution how to deal with an issue like mine after I get this done. Judgeing after all help I found in Internet it might take a while.
