Skipping Quests

Is it possible to skip quests? I'm failing miserably at chasing the PickPocket (in Havana). The quest shows as 'option' in the menu, yet I can't figure out how to just skip it and move on in the story line.

Do the entire game, it gets so much easier when you have all the upgrades, skipping quests is just shooting yourself in the foot.

 

achievement robbing

just gave up n beat the game today. my game says story 100% complete. and still no zone achievement or safe house or side quest...... i am thinkin of skipping the dlc for this game if its this buggy and skipping the next game they make. i might borrow it
or rent it beat it fast n forget about it. buyin it seems to have been meh

 

Tackling the pick pocket is an optional objective you only have to complete if your going for 100% syncronization. If your not, you don't have to do it. Hope your enjoying the game!

 

Yeah i'm stuck farther into the mission of locate the James Kidd. Have to sneak around and drag bodies into bushes. I got far left up that wall. Was near the part of jumping across on tree branches then got spotted. Then have to start from the very beginning.
Wish we get to continue mission from a few steps back before being spotted then do the entire mission over. Might have to stop playing cause i'm stuck. Yeah can back out but then can only horse around on side missions but need this mission done.

 

i just did that mission, you can knock out the assassins not kill them. made it thru after i learned that.

 

Yeah I completed it next day I tried it first try. Was kind of a annoying mission though.
