Skip-ahead update doesn't download

Discus and support Skip-ahead update doesn't download in XboX Insiders to solve the problem; [IMG] Update: Waiting about 20 mins or so. The update will skip to Applying 5%.     Skip-ahead update doesn't download

    Update: Waiting about 20 mins or so. The update will skip to Applying 5%.

    Power cycling the console cancels the update. Waited about 10 mins to see if it was downloading in the background it wasn't.

    Hi forgot to mention when I click on my insider hub on pc it shows build 467.2001.30001.0 in the about section.
