Skate3: Backward compatibility issue: skate3 360 disc can not be played on xbox one

Hi, i have an issue starting skate 3 (disc xbox360 classics, ean 5035224111589).

When i start the game it directly says "the game cannot be played" error code (0x8082000c). What can i do?

the servers in skate 3 worked perfectly for me some how and i dont know why but i still never had a problem

Thanks for your post. Have your encountered any issues produced by other Xbox 360 games on your Xbox One? I recommend performing a soft factory reset on the console, this will reset your console's operating system to defaults allowing for updates to be re-patched
and stabilize the system as much as possible. Here's how to do so:
Xbox One Factory Reset, be sure to keep your Microsoft Account information handy to sign back in with no issue and also choose the
"Reset and keep my games & apps"option to not have to reinstall content after the reset.

Try powercycle your xbox if you done that and you still get the same issue try to reinstall the game if that still doesn't work use the report a problem or contact custumor support

Yes, Skate 3 is backward compatible with Xbox One.

Have you tried purchasing the game via the Xbox website?
