(Site removed) Codes Redeemed

I recently bought four games from a website called (site removed), I didn’t read the refund criteria beforehand and redeemed all the codes, deciding I didn’t want to play the games I went on the website and it states they cannot process the refund if the codes are redeemed, would there be a way I could get the refund through Microsoft or even paypal?

Please refeain drom creating duplicate threads, you'll want to continue any further discussion here. Unfortunately since the codes have been redeemed, there isn't anythinf that can be done with them. You can try contacting CDKeys about a refund, but it's unlikely they will give one. Microsoft will not refund them because they were not bought from them. If you do go through Paypal and are successful, the games will not be refunded and Microsoft can see that as marketplace theft which could put you at risk for being banned.

Thanks for the reply i was only wondering if there is something i could do to get my money back in total it came to £65 for dark souls 1 2 and 3 + sekiro.

It can take upto 60 days doing what you are attempting and isn't gauarenteed

CDKeys would be involved since the purchase was made through them. Calling Microsoft likely won't do anything.

Ive had zero playtime on all of the games would that make a difference? Do i call microsoft and explain the situation to avoid the ban, would cdkeys be involved in this process?
