Pessoal, preciso de ajuda, tenho um xbox 360, e sempre que tento entrar em algum site pelo internet explorer, aparece o erro que nao existe o site, mas eu entro no mesmo site pelo celular ou computador, e nao é o primeiro que da erro, nao sei o que fazer.

Hi Caarolnh,

Thanks for your update. It's strongly recommended to follow the steps provided by XBF Chris J. You also may want to unplug your router and modem for 30 seconds and then allow them to power back on, after try accessing a website from Internet Explorer again.

Thanks for posting here on the Xbox forums. Can you let us know the exact error message you get when you visit this site? Are any sites working for you, or is it a specific site giving you issues?

If you haven't already, try clearing your Xbox Cache
in your storage settings :

Press the Guide button on your controller, go to Settings, and select
System Settings.
Select Storage.
Highlight but don’t select a storage device, and then press Y
on your controller for Device Options.

Note It doesn't matter which storage device you choose. This clears the cache for all storage devices.

Afterwards, restart your console and try it again.
