Single use code I have not requested

The problem choice you choose on the Support link might not give you access to Request a Call or Live Chat, and in this case, try selecting other problems ( even if does not match the issue you are facing ) because what is important here is for you to contact Support. I know that codes are single use but the second code I never used.

If you have the code on a card that has not been used - I don't see why you can't send to them. They are single-use codes anyway.
