Sing up over a year ago still no rewards

    I signed up for xbox rewards over a year ago and have Made purchases through xbox Live and have also completed missions. But I have never received any rewards I have went through the website numerous Times. And could not find anything. I should have quite
    a bit of rewards, but nothing I have ever done through x box OR the Microsoft website has applied to my rewards, please help me figure out this issue and I Hope to retroactively get my rewards

    Over a year, still no rewards deposits!

    i myself havent received 141,850 credits spanning over the last 3 1/2 years. Maybe its time we all get together and file a lawsuit because the forum shows many people are experiencing the same thing. We spend our hard earned money and the little light at
    the end of the tunnel(credits)has deminished. Thats $150 just on my account, i imagine with all the people they are doing it to they should have enough money to get sued!

    Hello Hammrsigpi,

    After reviewing your account, it appears that you are currently being affected by a known database issue which is interfering with the information on your account. What is happening is that your billable account information is being incorrectly communicated
    to our servers. Since this data is necessary to determine where to place your deposit, the process is aborted. Since this issue is currently being caused by a database not under our control, we have escalated the problem, and it is currently being worked
    on by another team. At the current point in time, they have not yet provided us with an approximate solution date. We apologize for the inconvenience, and ask for your patience while our other team works on a solution.

    Hello RamilTheProphet,

    You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

    1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at
    https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/
    .

    -or-

    2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
    back as MyVIP payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

    MyVIP has a recalibration every year. At the end of the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from the previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This happened in September 2015 and December
    2016. Since you are a zero star member, you do not get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards).

    Additionally, we see that none of your purchases have completed any offers. For example, your recent NBA 2K17 purchase and consumable purchases neither completed any offers or were eligible for MyVIP payback. Since you are at zero stars, the game purchase
    does not award MyVIP payback, but did increase your progress to your first star. Your consumable purchases are not eligible for MyVIP, as mentioned above.
