Sing It downloadable from xbox live?

Hi as sing it is almost impossible to buy instore is this game available for download from xbox live for the 360? and does it also have the option of being able to add more songs to the amount it initally comes with, also is there a charge for using the
karaoke app on xbox360, sorry for the not so intelligent questions i have never used xbox 360 before and it is actually for a client of mine with a disability i just dont want to assume all is good and sweet get there and cant do squat. Ta in advance

Account sings out automatically while starting a game

My xbox account sings out everytime I start to play a game or shut it down. Also, it sings out when I try to edit my avatar. By the singing out I don't mean that it sings out from xbox LIVE or anything but it's singing out from the whole account. The strange
thing is that if there are two players singed in, the player two doesn't sing out. What should I do to fix this problem?

 

Download Xbox 360 games

The only one available to download is the High School Musical Edition -

It doesn't look like there are any additional songs you can purchase.
