All games defunct on menu screen

Every game on the console loads like normal, but as soon as the menu shows up, the controller seemingly loses function or an endless loading symbol persists.

For instance, when Minecraft loads, the main menu comes up and the cursor doesn't respond to moving or selecting. Not only that, but the circling boxes symbol signifying loading doesn't stop.

While some games like Dying Light simply just never stop loading.

Every game on the console is behaving like this.

Please respond with a solution.

Try shutting down your console and unplugging it for 4 or 5 minutes then try it again. If that doesn't work the wifi hardware might be dead.
