Since y'all shutting down, could you help me with the "GOLDEN GOD" Mychallenge?

So I already completed the other two levels(stay gold for 3 & 6 months). Now I'm in the process of getting this last level for staying gold for a year. I
renewed my gold a few months ago for a year. Since you guys are gonna shut this stuff down in june, then that means I'll never complete the "golden god" my challenge because...... IT'S IMPOSSIBLE now lol.

1. This challenge started like in October 2017.

2. I already renewed my gold already for a year.

So since I'm already locked in, it's guaranteed that I will complete the challenge. Also i'm already like over 6 months in already. By the time june comes i'll be like 8 months in and I would only be like 4 months away. SO COULD YOU GUYS
JUST GO AHEAD AND GIVE ME THE 400 GEMS RIGHT NOW? I mean, you might as well, I was gonna get it anyway. So I can break even and get rid of all my gems on a certain prize at once.

loll.. good luck with that, we can’t even cash out our points for 3 days now. they gonna fold the program and screw us over, watch.

 

lol I hope not. They do seem like they don't care anymore though. But that's exactly why I made this request though. Like what the hell, just give me the gems since i'm so close and i'm gonna get it anyway. Plus they on the way out, so just hook a brotha

You do realize nearly EVERYONE who is a Live subscriber is in the same boat on this, right? They aren't going to give it to everyone with a subscription (but would be nice, especially since the program change didn't even last a year), much less you alone
getting any special treatment. Sucks but that is the way it is.

How can this be completed if this challenge started in October 2017 and you guys shut down June 2018? Are you guys aware that this only allows us to complete 8 months and not 12 months(a year)? So far I've been gold for 7 months and as I already stated,
I will never be able to get the challenge. I already renewed my gold subscription for 13 months, it would be cool if y'all could give me the 400 gem reward or at least give me 200 since I'm at the halfway mark(7 months).

In order to complete this MyChallenge, you must be Gold for 12 months. Since the Gems feature was only created in October, you have not completed this offer.

lol well, I GIVE UP!!! This time I asked directly why did they make a challenge that we cannot complete knowing they gonna shut domn before it can be completed. I got the same response smh. BOTS!!!!!! BOTS!!! EVERYWHERE!!!!!!

 

Ok so I want my 400 gems for the Golden God mission and the gems for the Game pass mission too so 400gems for xbox live and 600 for the game pass because I already paid 1 year for each membership and is a fact that I will stay at least a year with each membership.

 

lol only the second level(6 months) of these new challenges can be completed. Somebody obviously pulled the plug on rewards at the last minute. It would be cool if they just let us know this. How you gone set a challenge up for a year and then stop it before
it can get there?
