in my case dealing with enforcement team they have no idea the vast amount of violations that happens daily. a single word and report is all it takes to have you entire lifetime playing on live be subject to scrutiny. I received a message suspension then shortly followed by an account suspension as well after an "investigation". know I have proof the people behind the enforcement as well a safety team have no clue what really goes on in the online community. even with all that access. If a single word can result in an accounts inability to play there wouldn't be a xbox live community period. in no way shape or form has everyone currently playing not violated the xbox community standards at some point. it seems to me the agenda is to make it a rated g community no matter the game. while some games have verbiage that is a violation of the Xbox community standards in itself. now can someone explain how this isn't hypocritical.

Unfortunately in cases like this not even Xbox support can help you and not all types of suspensions or bans are available for an appeal.

I'm well aware nobody can help my or anyone situation dealing with enforcement. Thats part of the point I'm try to make here. to shed light on a problem that needs to be worked on.

The rules have been pretty much the same since Live became available. While games are rated for specific things like language, the Live service is not and must remain E for everyone.

Hello again Geoff, we have received some occurrences like yours, but unfortunately we are tied hands when dealing with Enforcement, I understand what it says perfectly but really here in the community we have no means to help you with these suspensions and even if you contact the support they will not be able to help you, or give you any explanation of why this is happening.
