Since the recent update my Xbox One hasn't worked properly.

Since the recent update around a week ago, my Xbox One has been absolutely unusable. First, ALL my games have much lower frame and seem laggy yet my internet speed is the same. Second, Game DVR screen recordings are completely not working, I can't Screen
record and i cant access Game DVR to fix the problem (by deleting clips as suggested by Xbox Forums). Game DVR is completely on yet nothing works in it. For example, when i go to Screen Record the last 30 secs, i just see a menu to see all my clips ; when
i go to clips it will endlessly load (waited 15mins, nothing). Third, everything is super laggy, for example, opening the Xbox Menu will take like 2-3 seconds instead of instant opening. This could be my Xbox but i don't find this likely as this started right
after the update released a week ago. I would like help to fix this problem as soon as possible, thank you.

Kinect turns on and off all the time.... Please help!

Mine hasn't worked properly since an update about 7 months ago. I have to unplug it and then plug it in again every time I turn my Xbox on.

 

Xbox live isnt working right

I have this problem too, ever since the recent update i cannot connect to xbox live properly. However I decided to try a wired a connection and now it works. Perhaps the recent update broke the slims Wi-Fi?
