    Since the pdate of Flight Simlator I have been unable to run it or contact anyone at...


    Long and short of it .

    Store reports my Digital Ownership needs to be installed, but install fails with message Something unex[ected happend, restarted device still not able.

    So Strt the game and get told "A new mandtory update is available. Please update in store etc etc". Clicked on OK, sotre is opebned but ...

    There is no option to upgrade, only to play which end up in the above message.

    Zendesk said this was a store issue and suggested that I uninstall and re-install (exactly what any well tested upgrace will force a user to do. (note heavy irony here)

    Uninstalled as suggested

    Now cannot install, Click on Install in the store, Get rpompted for install loation, select Dedicated FS disc (which I had reformatted to ensure no residual junk)

    Nothing Happens, Anyone have any idea how to get my paid for software back up and running?

    Exactly the same problem as above and everyone else please someone help there are no answers for this!!!! its worked 1 random time out of a 100 the issue lies with the servers or store

    My xbox blew up last month, all I want is to get my fortnite crew pack back on to my new device. How come I can't

    They keep telling me i am unable to get one. They have now told me that the only way to fix everything is to delete my fortnite account and start fresh again.     kingdom come deliverance: unable to play after patch. voices disappeared

    Seems that the game fixed the problem itself!

    I tried to change the Language, and the game told me that for other languages i had to install a new update!

    The xbox pdate page didn’t show me any update though..

    After that the game seems to run normally for now.

    Wanted to report this strange thing to you..
