Since the latest Windows 11 update two days ago my Solitaire games won't open on either of my PCs. The screen shows the wheel going around non-stop. My account is up to date and shows my correct gaming name. I have tried installing and reinstalling twice on each PC and this shows that the installations were ok. Help! How do I proceed?

hi. ive seen alot of people with issues with this game since updates have happened. hopefully microsoft will be looking into whats happened.

Unfortunately neither PC shows folders "GamingServices" nor "GamingServices.net" so I cannot proceed further. Additionally, your step 4 (Repeat the steps for the XBox app) is ambiguous: do you mean repeat from the beginning, or repeat from the Registry? If so, there are three XBox folders. Which do you mean?

Even after the latest Windows updates and restart the Solitaire Collection won't open.

I'm using Windows 11 actually with the latest updates. I did through Windows restore, I restored the settings of a couple of days ago.

It's not the Windows Update but Xbox App update,

Every other Microsoft app works fine in the meantime.

Since the latest Windows 11 update two days ago my Solitaire games won't open.
