    Since the latest update (10.0.19022.1201) I am unable to use a controller after coming out...


    I am in alpha skip ahead and after the latest update my one x is playing up.



    If I resume the console from standby only the home button works on the controller, I am unable to move anything or press any other buttons unless I pull the plug from the console and fully reboot it. I can then use a controller, however if I put the xbox into standby (quick boot) and resume the controller no longer works.

    I have tried elite series 1 and 2, regular bluetooth,regular day one controller and a harmony remote all with no joy.



    Is anyone else having this problem? It only started yesterday after the latest update (10.0.19022.1201.191109-0115 ), I am also unable to report it due to no controller response.

    Greetings Matt,

    The first steps i would take are uninstalling and reinstalling the game.

    Then i would verify that you can sign into xbox live on minecraft.

    If those don't work please let me know so we can move forward.

    Controller Firmware Update - Messed up my controller?!?

    pretty much the same after that latest firmware update cuz I can’t find the original Xbox one controllers all I see on Amazon or in the Xbox store or the new ones with the share button in the middle of the controller and after that update it randomly disconnect then reconnects and the batteries in the back are brand new but when I plug the cord in it stays connected I reported that firmware update issue also hopefully they come out with a fix soon
