1. I am running Windows 8.1 on a HP Pavilion 11 Touch Laptop

2. When I launch Taptiles, the purple splash screen appears briefly, then disappears and brings me to the Desktop. The 'circle' that usually would appear to indicate that it was loading and logging into the XBox site NEVER appears.

3. There is NO ERROR CODE!

This is since I did a Taptiles App update last week (June 2015).

Yeah I also have this issue as well, I tried to download it during the licensing error. Apparently the dlc has been "purchased" but when I try to install it, the loading circle appears for a couple of seconds, disappears, and then nothing...

This is happening with the latest beta.

1. When clicking on a friend's name, it either takes 20+ seconds for their profile info to load in, or it never loads in and I just get a blank page.

2. When clicking on activity alerts, it either takes 20+ seconds for them to load, or they never load and I get a constant spinning loading circle.

3. When clicking on messages, it either takes 20+ seconds for the list of messages to load, or they never load and I just get a constant spinning loading circle.

4. When sending a message to a friend, when the message box appears, there's a loading circle in that too which can take 10+ seconds before it goes away, allowing me to compose and send my message.

5. Notifications are incredibly intermittent. Often when I fire the app up I have a new message or activity alert, yet I did not receive a notification about this on my PC.

This app has gone from being one of my favourite Xbox One-related things to being borderline unusable and incredibly frustrating. The fact that I've reported this tons of times (I've just reported it again now) and am getting no support whatsoever is just
as frustrating.

I'm having the same issue. My screen does not freeze though. When I start up my console there is the circle indicating it's loading and it takes almost 45 seconds to a minute to get to my dashboard. When I'm on the dashboard everything loads very fast and
scrolling through everything takes no time at all. However when I go into a game and there is an update for it, it signs me out of live and takes some time for the game update message to appear. I don't know how to fix this, this is something new. I have a
brand new xbox (the star wars version) and it's never done this before.
