    Since Report A Problem is not working on Series X, reporting a problem here.


    The Report A Problem app on the Series X has an infinite loading issue and is not able to Submit a problem. But my issue is with the Twitch app on the Series X.

    When browsing streams to view in the Twitch app, a previous stream gets stuck in an infinite loading situation where the purple loading circle just spins and spins and spins. The only way to fix it is to quit the app and restart it; but then it happens all over again the next time you try and browse streams. It seems to happen more often when browsing streams in the Recommended Channels section.

    It looks like only the video of the stream is what bugs out and the audio guess silent. I can still maneuver through the app and select other streams with the infinite loading stream stuck in the background. The chat of another stream will load and updated live while the original bugged stream's video is still infinite loading.

    Console, router and modem have all been rebooted. Twitch app has been uninstalled and reinstalled and all other streaming apps play fine. It happens whether something is updating our downloading or not.

    Series X OS version 10.0.19041.5481 (rs_xbox_release_2011.201117-2300)

    I'm just a community user like you. If it was a firmware issue microsoft would have solved it. I have my xbox series x too and I don't have problems like this. What I can suggest you to do is report this problem to the xbox team, since none of the solutions worked, but as I said I believe it is a problem with your console, since this problem has been happening for months as you said.

    I just checked it out on my Series X and it's the same for me.

    I'll use the "Report a problem" app to report it to MS, cos there's nothing we can do to fix it at our end.
